Brandon Amey is a graduate of the renowned Liaison College of Culinary Arts. Having had experience in a restaurant setting, in catering for large groups, and in smaller group settings, he has found that he prefers to present a meal for a more intimate group, where he can personally attend to each plate that will be presented to you and your guests.

Why engage a personal chef? Having a personal chef come to your home and use your kitchen facilities, allows you to spend the evening entertaining your guests in your own home, without being chained to the kitchen. The result is a relaxed and intimate atmosphere which is difficult to achieve in a restaurant.

Another benefit to having a personal chef cater your event, is the level of personal detail and attention afforded you. Allergies and aversions are always accommodated, and consideration is given to special requests (when possible, these should be discussed in advance).

Brandon takes great pride in preparing a meal that is as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate. It is his hope to provide the centerpiece for your gathering, whether it is a dinner party, birthday or anniversary celebration or other special occasion, in the Greater Kingston area.
